And the award goes to....

So summer time is fast approaching and the annual Hambone Summertime Movie Awards are here. For those who don't know the Hammy is given annually to what we expect to be the most awesome movie of the summer. We have a 97% success rate in picking the most kickass summer films. On occasion we have picked some duds, most memorably that piece of crap post-apocalyptic dragon movie with Matthew McConaughey and Christian Bale. We have scoured all the release information; our researchers have viewed hours of previews. There has been much talk about Spiderman and pirates and transformers. We shall not be giving the award to them. The 2007 Hammy goes to.....drum role......BLACK SHEEP!!!! And no this is not the 1996 Chris Farley picture. This is the killer sheep movie from New Zealand. The tagline "The violence of the Lambs" should more or less tell you everything you need to know. I plan on calling in sick to work the day it comes out (June 22); I have yet to decide if I will be going in costume. Here is the film's website.... http://www.blacksheep-themovie.com/.

LEGAL: Hambone Industries and it's employees have no connection to this film apart from eagerly counting the days till it's release. The Hammy Award has a cash equivalent of .00000000001 of a cent.
